How can I STOP my golf OVERSWING

Full swing - back swing, Full Swing - body rotation, Improve your ball strike, Improve your golf game, Stop hitting...

An over swing in your golf back swing is a very common issue for many golfers and it leads to a lot of inconsistency with ball strike and shot accuracy – lots of fat and thin strikes and left and right shots. Over swinging results in the club moving beyond horizontal at the top, the shaft not only pointing towards the ground but also right of the target and the left arm very often buckling and bending at the elbow. Over swinging is caused by moving the arms and hands too dominantly and not having your body turn synchronised during your back swing. This results in very little resistance being created in the body and the over swing is a product of this. This video will help you get to the root of the issue, learn how to move your body better and get you creating a synchronised body arm and club movement during your back swing so that you can create a perfect position at the top of the swing.
