How to INCREASE your pelvis/hip ROTATION through impact

Full Swing - body rotation

Here we look at how to increase your pelvis or hip rotation as you make your down swing, so that your pelvis is rotated towards the target before you deliver the golf club to strike the ball. Achieving this position with the pelvis through impact, will increase the distance you can strike your golf shots and also result in you having better club face control as you strike through impact. You will not need to use your hands and wrists so much through impact in an attempt to make the club face more square as you strike, as improving pelvis rotation helps to achieve a much squarer club face before, during and after impact – so you will hit more consistently at the target.
